The not-so-fine print…
Please note that all YELLOW AIR TAXI tickets are non-refundable. This means that once you pay for a ticket, you will not get your money back if you change your mind or something comes up. A $75 fee per passenger per segment (a segment is defined as a take-off and landing) will be charged to any change made to the ticket after its purchase and more than 24 hours prior to departure. No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure will result in losing the full value of the ticket. A $75 fee will apply to any name change. Effective January 1, 2007, ALL US Citizens are required to carry a VALID US Passport for travel outside of the US. Expired, altered or incomplete documents will result in denial of boarding and/or cancellation of reservation without compensation or refund. Foreign nationals requiring U.S. visas should be advised that YELLOW AIR TAXI requires visas to be properly issued and unexpired for the duration of travel. Other than that, we think you’ll find that we are pretty easy to get along with!

We don’t want you to be rushed or stressed on your way to pure relaxation, so please allow for 2 hours of connection time outbound to the Bahamas, and 3 hours connection time upon arrival into Fort Lauderdale. Please check in with us 1 hour prior to departure.
